UFC 324 has undergone late changes, but Rose Namajunas says her stakes remain unchanged.
The former strawweight champion was due to face Alexa Grasso, but now meets Natalia Silva after Grasso’s withdrawal.
Despite the switch, Namajunas says the UFC has told her a win earns a flyweight title shot.
That would set up a bout with champion Valentina Shevchenko, whom Namajunas calls her “dream” opponent.
Namajunas admits the matchup would feel strange due to their friendship, but says she would accept it.
She added that beating Silva, a top contender on a long win streak, likely accelerates her path to gold.
