Dakota Ditcheva has withdrawn from her planned return at the PFL’s first event of 2026.
The promotion confirmed her exit from the February 7 card due to an undisclosed injury.
The event in Dubai was set to feature Ditcheva’s comeback after an emotional final fight in 2025.
She was scheduled to face Denise Kielholtz at the Coca-Cola Arena.
Ditcheva last competed in July, when she beat Sumiko Inaba but feared a serious hand injury.
That concern ended her hopes of fighting again before the end of 2025.
Despite the withdrawal, the PFL card remains strong.
Usman Nurmagomedov will headline with a lightweight title defence.
The promotion says the Dubai event still reflects its focus on high-level matchups.
