Zuffa Boxing may soon join Paramount’s lineup. Dana White continues to expand his combat sports empire.
Talks with Paramount near conclusion
According to John Ourand of The Puck, Zuffa Boxing is close to finalizing a broadcast deal with Paramount. An official announcement could come as early as next week.
MMA Fighting reports that the agreement may link to Dana White’s recent social media posts. Last week, White teased a “big day” before walking back his statement.
Second combat sports deal for TKO
If confirmed, the deal would mark TKO’s second combat sports partnership with Paramount after the Skydance merger. Just weeks ago, UFC and Paramount signed a seven-year, $7.7 million agreement.
The deal puts UFC events on the Paramount+ streaming service. Selected major cards will also air on CBS.
Reports last month suggested both sides were already in “advanced talks.”
Official launch planned for 2026
Zuffa Boxing will officially debut in 2026. The project is led by UFC CEO Dana White and WWE President Nick Khan. Funding comes from Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority.
Before its launch, Zuffa Boxing already staged a marquee event. The promotion handled the recent fight between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford.
Ambitious event schedule ahead
TKO intends to host monthly Zuffa Boxing events. In addition, it plans several annual “supercards” designed to attract global attention.
