Las Vegas turns into the center of boxing tonight. Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford face off at Allegiant Stadium in a super fight for the undisputed super middleweight crown.
Big debut for TKO Boxing
This spectacle marks the launch of TKO Boxing’s first major event. Fans expect a clash between two extraordinary fighters. Both have carved their names into boxing history.
Alvarez captured his first super middleweight belt in 2018. In 2021, he defeated Caleb Plant and made history. He became the first ever undisputed champion at 168 pounds.
He defended his titles four times. In 2024, he lost the IBF belt but reclaimed it in May against William Scull. That win made him a two-time undisputed champion at super middleweight.
Crawford steps into new territory
Crawford is also a four-division world champion. He already reigned as the undisputed king at both light welterweight and welterweight.
He held the welterweight title for over five years. In 2024, he moved up to light middleweight. There, he defeated Israil Madrimov in a controversial fight and added another belt to his resume.
Now, he enters super middleweight for the first time. A win over Alvarez could seal his legacy as one of the all-time greats.
