UFC legend Daniel Cormier expressed his frustration with welterweight champion Jack Della Maddalena after the Australian retweeted a post criticizing him.
Cormier revealed in a YouTube video that the post suggested, “There should be a button to mute DC’s mic.” Fueled by irritation, he messaged Della Maddalena directly: “Jack, wrong bro, what’s up. Why Jack?”
The champion quickly responded, apologizing for the retweet and calling it “a bad take.”
Cormier has had a history of confrontations with fellow fighters, including playful feuds with Khabib Nurmagomedov and legendary rivalries with Jon Jones.
